Job Summary
Draft and review global commercial agreements including customer, vendor, employment, consultancy, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs. Support contract negotiations by reviewing terms, preparing mark-ups, and identifying key risks and deviations. Ensure contracts align with applicable laws, internal policies, and approved standards while working closely with sales, procurement, HR, finance, and delivery teams. Assist with contract lifecycle activities such as execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific or specialized matters as required. Maintain contract records, trackers, and related documentation. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires 5+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
- 5+ years of experience
