Job Summary
Senior Associate or Junior Partner role in Labor & Employment law. Requires 7-12 years of experience, J.D., NY admission, and strong advocacy; responsibilities include advising employers on a broad range of employment-law issues, representing employers in federal/state courts, arbitrations, and mediations, drafting and arguing motions, handling pleadings and discovery, conducting depositions, and negotiating employment-related agreements (including non-compete and severance). Hybrid work arrangement with NY office (3 days onsite). Competitive compensation of $215K-$310K plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 7-12 years of employment law experience
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience counseling clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
