Job Summary
Support Salesforce applications through L2/L3 production support, triaging technical and data issues while performing root cause analysis and recommending preventive actions. Analyze end-to-end data flows across integrated systems to validate consistency, troubleshoot integrations, and resolve API or batch process failures. Execute data analysis using SQL and analytics tools to derive insights, develop dashboards, and conduct quality assessments. Perform functional and technical impact analysis for change requests, defects, and enhancements to support release planning and risk mitigation. Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams within an Agile environment to drive continuous improvement and optimize support processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis / Program Analysis / Support roles
- Experience working in Salesforce-based enterprise environments
- Proven experience in triaging, RCA, and stakeholder handling
- Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud preferred)
- Data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, dashboards)
- Integration concepts (APIs, batch processing, ETL pipelines)
- Understanding of data models, workflows, and system integrations
- Experience in incident management tools (ServiceNow/JIRA)
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Databricks / Data platforms / ETL processes
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Business Analyst / Platform)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
