Job Summary
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to translate needs into actionable items for the IS Warehouse team. Create Business Requirement Documents, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams while bridging communication between stakeholders and technical groups. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery, proactively identifying dependencies and risks. Generate reports for stakeholders as needed and maintain documentation for requirements, testing, and processes to ensure solution quality and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
- 5-9 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across the team
- Service Now experience
- Working knowledge of MacBook Pros and the challenges of Macs in a Windows office environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Ability to work well with competing priorities and changing deadlines
- Familiarity with logistics, large-scale shipping and receiving
- Working knowledge of Asset Management and how assets move through their lifecycle
- Familiarity with Service Now Hardware Asset Management catalogs, CMDB, and Asset Tables
