Job Summary
Translate business goals into AI opportunities using GenAI and agentic frameworks to identify areas for improved team efficiency and effectiveness. Assist stakeholders in prioritizing use cases based on value, feasibility, and risk while facilitating sessions to define problem statements and solution concepts. Serve as the link between business and technical teams, explaining AI concepts to shape proof-of-concept efforts and ensure measurable outcomes. Review customer behavior and industry benchmarks to inform innovation planning and capture insights for scalable capabilities. Coordinate delivery efforts across functions using Agile practices to support the rollout of new capabilities and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of project management or client-facing experience
- Experience preferably in pharmaceutical marketing agency services or global content production operations
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Technical knowledge of LLMs and supporting technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to both technical and business stakeholders
- Active and empathetic listener who excels at establishing and building relationships across large, cross-functional teams
- Ability to contextualize emerging technologies within broader business goals
- Skilled in scenario planning and long-term capability building
- AI Literacy of GenAI, LLMs, and familiar with agentic frameworks
- Significant prompting experience and knowledge on how to generate desired outputs from LLMs
- Industry Awareness with how leading organizations are shaping their future marketing functions and technology investments
- Skilled at documenting and synthesizing disparate requirements to guide the creation of AI solutions
- Experience delivering solutions with the Agile framework
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Familiarity or expertise with Agentic frameworks, AI Agents, Foundational Models (LLMs), RAG architecture, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Databricks, Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud, and Tableau
