Job Summary
Sr. Associate, In-House Media Operations supports Pfizer’s Integrated Media & Engagement Team in executing financial operations and maintaining budget discipline across in-house programmatic, search and social media investments. Responsible for accounts payable, reconciliation, budget tracking and reporting, and admin of financial systems (e.g., Prisma, SAP). Collaborates across media activation and finance teams to align workflows, supports monthly/quarterly/year-end closes, and helps implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with internal governance. Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and effective communication of financial data to stakeholders. 5% travel may be required; hybrid work arrangement; U.S. work authorization required; relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience
- 3–4 years of experience in financial operations, media finance, or budget coordination
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Prisma, or similar)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Effective communication skills, including experience presenting financial data to stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in media operations, financial governance, or digital marketing finance
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to act without having the total picture
