Role manages Customer Master and Pricing Data Operations in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and timely sales support; creates and maintains digital contracts using templates with DocuSign; supports Japanese-language sales inquiries; requires business-level Japanese and English; located in Selangor, Malaysia; uses SAP, SFDC, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office tools; emphasizes data accuracy, prioritization, multi-tasking, and proactive collaboration with the Japan-focused business unit.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Business level Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with SAP/SFDC/SharePoint/Microsoft Office tools is preferred
- Ability to work Japan working hours
- Experience in contract operations and data master maintenance preferred
