Job Summary
Administer U.S. health and welfare benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and flexible spending accounts. Monitor vendor service delivery, escalate concerns, and ensure swift resolution while maintaining accurate plan documentation and compliance with benefit regulations. Respond to and resolve escalated employee benefits inquiries promptly, coordinate the annual open enrollment process, and support compliance reporting. Serve as the escalation point for employee inquiries and collaborate cross-functionally within a global team to analyze data and recommend program improvements. This role requires deep benefits expertise and strong communication across time zones for a 12-month contingent contract.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering U.S. health and welfare benefit plans
- Knowledge of benefit regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a global organization
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable improvements
- Experience working in large, diverse, global organizations
- Must have benefits experience, not just HR generalist duties

- Master degree
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience
- Associate degree and 6 years of experience
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
