Job Summary
Senior finance professional supporting Amgen’s manufacturing finance team. Responsible for monthly/quarterly expense forecasting and cost per unit/cost of goods manufactured analysis, raw materials and variances, budgeting and long-range planning, SAP standard cost development, material master setup for make items and raw materials, variance analyses, month-end close leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Supports business planning, modeling of financial scenarios, and ad-hoc analyses; utilizes Tableau and Smartsheet for reporting and automation initiatives. On-site presence at the New Albany, Ohio manufacturing facility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree, OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of cost accounting experience, OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of cost accounting experience, OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of cost accounting experience.
