Job Summary
Support the execution of semiconductor reliability testing and laboratory operations; ensure compliance with quality management systems; assist with test execution, data collection, and reporting; contribute to CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives within a controlled lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a semiconductor reliability or testing laboratory
- Strong understanding of reliability test concepts and semiconductor processes
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 17025 IATF 16949 ISO 9001
- Experience with lab equipment operation, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
