Job Summary
Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards while creating, analyzing, and reviewing technical charts. Establish SOPs and FMEA for related processes, integrate equipment capabilities to meet specifications, and drive continuous improvement plans to enhance performance indices. Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver organizational goals and provide informal technical support and on-the-job training to new team members. Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial understanding of the job and the knowledge and skills to complete a variety of tasks
- Experience (including project experience) to complete assignments in an effective and resourceful manner
- Appropriate language skills
- English as business language or other language skills based on regional need
- Higher education or specialized training or certification
