Sr. Associate Engineer, Integration & Yield

Senior-focused role identifying, resolving, and improving process integration and yield issues in semiconductor fabrication. Responsibilities include performing project management and data analysis, developing custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs, supporting designs with module characterization and design rule development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce defect activities and resolve yield concerns, developing test structures for fast, rigorous characterization, driving continuous improvement plans (CIP) to meet organizational goals, building a defect source library and tool fingerprinting, and performing product/process partitioning studies to drive defect improvements. Requires a Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 years of experience; knowledge of KLA/AMAT inspection tools and recipe setup is advantageous.
