Job Summary
Provide quick and efficient technical support without disruption to business flow by supplying dedicated technology infrastructure to business units. Execute day-to-day operational tasks including Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010, AS400 client applications, PBX Administration, Microsoft SCCM, Malware/Virus protection, Active Directory administration, Video Conferencing Systems, and client end device support. Identify and resolve problems while following established guidelines. This 100% transactional role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 3 years of business experience, with 2-4 years in the specified technical areas. Earn a competitive salary with monthly incentives and annual bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- 3 years of business experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Microsoft Windows 7
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010
- 2 - 4 years of experience with AS400 client applications
- 2 - 4 years of experience with PBX Administration
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Microsoft SCCM
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Malware / Virus protection
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Active Directory administration
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Video Conferencing Systems
- 2 - 4 years supporting client end devices and peripherals
- Ability to follow guidelines and identify and resolve problems
