Sr. Associate Data Product Manager

Job Summary
Support product roadmap planning and execution by translating business and user needs into Product Requirements Documents, actionable user stories, and technical requirements. Maintain and refine the product backlog while collaborating with technical teams to identify user behavior trends and process improvements. Track project timelines, sprint schedules, and milestones to ensure successful delivery, communicating status to internal and external stakeholders. Manage day-to-day application administration, including content management, user support, and quality assurance testing across user roles. Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform future enhancements, building trusted relationships with diverse user groups and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data products
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies, products, or business domains
- Primary Location: Across Canada and USA
