Job Summary
Build and maintain Anaplan models to support pricing, rebate, and provider contracting workflows, integrating these systems with ERP, CRM, and flat files to automate data loads and reporting. Contribute to model builds and application updates while driving continuous architectural improvements through innovation and efficiency. Co-innovate with the Value & Access team on product roadmaps and work directly with business SMEs to prioritize application focus and rollout. Serve as a lead for operational support in a DevOps model, own SDLC documentation using Agile tools, and function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members. Work independently with strong technical leadership and communication skills. This role requires evening or night shifts and second or third shift schedules based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree
- 4 to 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
- Demonstratable experience of implementing or managing multiple planning solutions in Anaplan
- Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing tools like Jira
- Possess strong learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and technical leadership
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated awareness of how to function in a team setting
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstratable experience of implementing or managing multiple planning solutions in Anaplan (preferred) or similar EPM tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC or TM1)
- Anaplan Level 3 Certification (preferred)
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)
- Experience with pharmaceutical contracting
