Job Summary
Sr Associate, Business Development responsible for territory sales, margin growth and renewals within the Lombard, IL geography. Prospect, build and maintain customer relationships; serve as a technical sales consultant to customers in the assigned territory; drive territory sales and margin growth; retain and renew maintenance agreements by improving customer satisfaction via MFA program; manage account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities; conduct sales planning and needs assessments to target accounts, including expansion within existing installed base and renewal efforts; collaborate with Operations and branch sales team to identify business development opportunities; communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to refine messaging; utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast; manage CRM opportunities and provide accurate forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
