Job Summary
Sr Associate - Business Analyst (Salesforce) within Amgen’s Law & Compliance technology portfolio, focusing on Comprehensive Compliance Controls (C3) on the Salesforce Lightning platform to enable compliant interactions with the global healthcare community. Responsibilities include capturing requirements, documenting processes in Lucid/Lucidchart and Lucidspark, writing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in backlog refinement, coordinating with engineering/integration/data teams to clarify data needs and interface impacts, supporting QA/UAT planning and execution, issue triage, and contributing to release readiness materials. Preferred experience includes SAFe exposure, Agile software development, and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, data platforms, and basic reporting/analytics. Technical skills highlighted include Jira/Confluence, Lucid tooling, Conga Composer/CFS awareness, SQL/SOQL, and cross-time-zone collaboration.
