Job Summary
This role involves business process expertise to detail product requirements as epics and user stories, supporting artifacts like business process maps, use cases, and test plans for software development. Responsibilities include collaborating with Veeva – Vault CTMS business customers and engineers, capturing customer voices to define processes, managing business analysis activities, collaborating with Product Managers for scope definition, facilitating the breakdown of Epics into Features and User Stories, and ensuring well-defined Acceptance Criteria. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work under minimal supervision, and effective collaboration with global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience
- Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems experience
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in writing requirements for development of modern web application
- Experience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps and user journeys
- Technical thought leadership
- Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology
- SAFe for Teams certification
- Certifications in Veeva products
- Certified Business Analysis Professional
