Sr Assoc Finance

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for Operations Finance. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analysis, while partnering with Operations stakeholders to understand key business drivers and cost trends. Analyze actual results versus budget and prior periods to identify variances and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Execute month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, journal entry review, and account reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to support operational decision-making and identify process improvements. Use financial systems such as SAP, S4 Hana, Hyperion, and Anaplan to gather data and communicate financial results clearly to finance leaders and business partners.
