Job Summary
Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain Integration to support ERP-to-ERP integration, forecast automation, data exchange standardization, and joint KPI reporting with strategic customers. Responsibilities include leading data mapping and validation for ERP integration initiatives (EDI, API, ASN, forecast automation), ensuring master data integrity across item, location, and transactional attributes prior to customer go-live, developing and maintaining SOPs and customer integration playbooks, building joint KPI dashboards (service level, forecast accuracy, inventory alignment, lead-time adherence), conducting root cause analysis for integration discrepancies, supporting escalation analysis of service/capacity/inventory exposure, standardizing onboarding/governance processes across customer tiers, providing SME support to cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior analysts. The role is hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite) in Dublin, Ireland, with a Bachelor’s Degree required and 5+ years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree in SCM preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of supply chain, integration, or data analytics experience required
- Experience in regulated industry preferred
- Strong analytical and data visualization capability
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and EDI/API frameworks
- Understanding of SIOP and supply alignment principles
- Ability to document and standardize processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Travel: up to 26 business days per year (10%)
- Hybrid work arrangement: onsite minimum 3 days per week
