Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, focusing on efficiency and profitability while facilitating outstanding customer service to enhance the Take 5 experience. Train and develop new employees, fostering a team-oriented culture, and support the achievement of sales and financial goals for the shop. Contribute to the development, improvement, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role includes an average of 40-45 hours per week with shops closing at 7 PM.
