Job Summary
Perform assembly, refurbishment, subassembly, and test functions of electrical and mechanical components while adhering to quality standards and production schedules. Assist with station setup, process product through defined steps, and document all activities on DHR forms following Good Documentation Practices. Maintain physical separation of lots using segregation equipment, clean work areas and equipment before, during, and after production runs, and help train coworkers on correct procedures. Support end-of-shift shutdowns and process nonconforming product per NCMR instructions. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, earning $19/hr with access to 11 paid holidays, 160 hours of PTO, and an annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with assembly of electromechanical parts
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly procedures
- Ability to perform advanced math
