Job Summary
Join our team as a Sr. ASIC Product and Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing test strategies, ensuring high quality and reliability of ASIC products through rigorous testing and collaboration with design engineers. This role requires expertise in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and a strong background in ASIC product engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ASIC product engineering and test development
- Experience with DFT, BIST, and ASIC testing methodologies
- Familiarity with Serdes, wafer sort, and yield analysis techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ATE, specifically Teradyne Ultraflex and Advantest 93k
- Proven track record in reliability testing and failure analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
