Job Summary
Senior ARI Specialist responsible for rate loading and rate management across Engine's supply portfolio. Own rate loading inquiries from triage through resolution; diagnose and resolve rate discrepancies across supply systems (including GDS-sourced rates); write and maintain SQL queries to validate data; build Python scripts to automate rate-loading workflows; maintain Salesforce-based reporting; develop dashboards and SOPs; collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Supply leadership to translate rate signals into action; drive automation and process improvements in rate operations; ensure SLAs and KPI targets for rate quality and coverage; strong SQL, Python, Salesforce experience required; remote work within LATAM region supported.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role
- Strong working proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Python proficiency
- Strong analytical instincts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable operating remotely
