Sr. Application Engineer-Bioprocess Mixing

Job Summary
Senior Application Engineer to lead technical reviews and equipment recommendations for bioprocess mixing applications, serve as the SME across project lifecycles, assist in sizing and selection of equipment, prepare pricing quotations, and provide sales support to the Outside Sales Team. Role includes technical mentorship of junior engineers, travel to customer locations (20-30%), and collaboration with End Users, OEMs and Distributors. Located in Pleasant Prairie, WI; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 10+ years of process engineering experience in bioprocessing, with strong knowledge of process design, hygienic equipment, and fluid systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or similar) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Biological Systems, or related field) required
- Minimum of 10+ years of process engineering experience in bioprocessing or related industries (mixing technology experienced is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of process design, hygienic equipment, and fluid systems
- Demonstrated experience leading customer projects from concept through execution
- Professional communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and process design software (AutoCAD or similar, preferred)
