Sr Application Development Project Manager - Hybrid

Lead all relevant project stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables while coordinating resource allocation across technical and non-technical departments. Develop risk management plans, detailed work breakdown structures, and comprehensive project documentation to monitor progress against task completion. Manage budgets, expenditures related to programs and grants, and lead change management of scope, schedule, and budget. Build relationships with project team members and external partners, and consistently communicate project status to stakeholders. Assist departments in setting realistic goals and ensure technical feasibility of solutions. Coordinate district-wide events and activities as designated, and manage efforts of personnel outside scope of authority to achieve project goals. Work within a complex university, healthcare, research, or enterprise environment.
