Job Summary
Senior Application Analyst for Epic PB & Tapestry (Epic Professional Billing) in a remote, full-time direct-hire role. Responsibilities include supporting Epic Professional Billing and Tapestry build, configuration, testing, upgrades, and optimization requests; partnering with revenue cycle, managed care, finance, and operational teams to troubleshoot billing, claims, contract, charge, and workflow issues; and documenting build decisions, test plans, change requests, and production support handoffs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience supporting revenue cycle, managed care, payer, or related workflows
- Hands-on Epic Professional Billing and Tapestry build, support, testing, optimization, or upgrade experience
- Experience supporting workflows in a health system, payer, managed care, or consulting environment
- Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills
