Job Summary
Design, configure, and troubleshoot Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and interfaces to optimize production at paper mills. Provide 24/7 application support, resolve time-sensitive issues through data analysis and code review, and convert functional requirements into software code. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document configurations, and deliver training materials. Work within a matrixed IT environment to ensure high availability and operational excellence.

- Experience with complex stored procedures and expressions in Microsoft SQL Server

- Microsoft SQL SSRS

- Ability to independently convert functional requirements into software code for web and/or desktop forms
- Experienced in running mission-critical applications in high availability environments
