Job Summary
Senior Analyst Fraud Risk Management analyzes bank transactions, new accounts, and customer behavior to identify anomalous activity and potential risk to customers and the bank; documents findings and takes appropriate action to prevent losses; serves as escalation point and helps train new analysts; may assist with special projects; monitors transactions across delivery channels, reviews daily account warning reports, mitigates potential fraud loss by placing holds and performing due diligence, and makes recommendations to management for updates to fraud prevention strategies; provides internal support to retail personnel on fraud-related issues; collaborates with other lines of business to train front-line staff and supports onboarding and growth of new hires; requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of banking laws and regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations, wire/ACH, branch supervision, compliance, audit, investigation, law enforcement or related field
