Job Summary
Oversee dependencies for new and ongoing website projects, consult on site mockups to ensure alignment with web standards, and coordinate with brand leads while reporting on website marketing objectives. Define and influence technology implementation strategy; audit websites and content for accessibility, usability, and navigation; lead functional improvements with internal teams and external vendors; provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and performance reporting to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal clients and dedicated implementation teams; manage content and website functionality to ensure accuracy before going live; leverage CMS expertise (AEM, WordPress, Drupal), HTML, metadata, SEO, and Google Analytics to optimize digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands on experience with content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal)
- 5 years of experience on HTML, web publishing, metadata, SEO and Google Analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal
- Experience with project tracking and ticketing systems (JIRA, Trello, Workfront)
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients
- Attention to detail and thorough QA before go-live
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
