Job Summary

Administer Workday Recruiting workflows, process updates, and data accuracy activities to ensure efficient, compliant operations across Talent Acquisition. Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and operational risks, translating metrics into actionable recommendations for hiring decisions. Coordinate campus recruiting programs by managing university partnerships, event logistics, travel, and interview scheduling while maintaining reporting on participation and conversion rates. Evaluate recruiting technologies, automation opportunities, and vendor services to enhance user adoption and operational outcomes. Partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to deliver consistent support and drive continuous process improvement. This role sits in the Nashville metro area and requires a minimum of five years in Talent Acquisition Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Campus Recruiting, or a related function
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting, including workflow administration, reporting, and data quality management
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel or similar reporting tools
  • Experience supporting campus recruiting programs, career fairs, university recruiting events, interview coordination, or early-career hiring initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Visa sponsorship/sponsorship assumption and other immigration support are not available for this position
  • This role will need to sit in Nashville metro area

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating career fair logistics, university partnerships, recruiting travel, event registration, and recruiting materials
  • Knowledge of recruiting funnel metrics, Talent Acquisition KPIs, and campus recruiting program analytics
  • Ability to understand Talent Acquisition strategy and translate strategic priorities into operational execution and reporting
  • Experience working with recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI-enabled recruiting solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
