Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, Sustainability role with end-to-end procurement for Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, CDR, and Nature programs (managing $20M+ annual spend and 15+ PIRs/COs per quarter). Leads ESG Assurance, inventory reconciliation of 1M+ credits, and VPPAs, including finance coordination and EAC retirement schedules. Drives RFP operations, supplier development, and runbooks within Salesforce’s Net Zero Cloud (NZC). Requires meticulous execution, strategic systems thinking, and the ability to operate across multiple programs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Preferred qualifications include NZC experience and PMP/CAPM credentials; strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, procurement, or related field
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Scout, or similar) and financial tracking mechanisms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and multi-program coordination abilities
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred)
- Experience with Net Zero Cloud (NZC) or similar sustainability data platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of carbon markets, RECs, VPPAs, or CDR programs (preferred)
- Experience navigating a multinational company with complex organizational structures (preferred)
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Scout, or similar) and financial tracking mechanisms (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Excellent time management and multi-program coordination abilities (required)
