Job Summary
Sr. Analyst - Supply Chain Forecasting & Demand Planning responsible for developing and maintaining short- and mid-term demand forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy, and supporting capacity planning. Collaborates cross-functionally within S&OP/IBP processes to incorporate promotions, assortment changes, and open-to-buy plans, and to align labor planning with forecasted demand. Builds scenario models, develops dashboards for demand trends and capacity outlook, and applies statistical methods to improve forecast accuracy while driving data-driven decision making across inventory, fulfillment, and operational planning. Key skills include advanced Excel and Power BI, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience in forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics (retail preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging historical data for forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot Tables, lookups, complex formulas); Power BI preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Preferred: Experience in omnichannel retail or consumer goods environments
- Preferred: Exposure to S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes
