Job Summary
Lead and coordinate strategic customer contract negotiations for key Food accounts; contribute to pricing governance, contract management processes, and RFP execution; identify and execute profit improvement and pricing optimization opportunities across product portfolios; support formula pricing administration and ensure accuracy of pricing adjustments across customer agreements; track and analyze key market indices (resins, feedstocks, fuel, PPI) to inform pricing and margin decisions; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to strengthen negotiation strategies and support account planning with cross-functional teams.
