Job Summary

Operationalize end-to-end governance of ADI's global sampling program by establishing the operating model, policy controls, and analytics required for prototyping and commercial growth. Enforce the global framework for FOC samples, ensuring consistent policy execution across samples.analog.com and S/4/manual processes while driving predictive replenishment models to maintain 98% stock targets. Reduce manual intervention through workflow automation, standardize process ownership and escalation paths, and integrate sample activity with lead and opportunity systems. Own daily issue resolution, capacity constraints, and service-level performance reviews across regional and functional activities to minimize inbox volume and recurring escalations. Define KPIs, reporting standards, and governance dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for Channel, Sales, and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience in channel operations, program management, business operations, or related roles
  • Strong process governance experience, including policy execution, controls, and exception management
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret trends, and recommend actions
  • Experience with SAP/S/4
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Channel Operations, Finance, and external partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear process documentation and executive-ready updates
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce manual work, improve scalability, and drive adoption of new operating models
  • Yes, 10% of the time (travel)
