Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, Sales & Marketing (Temporary) supports the Category Manager with sales follow-up, onboarding of new licensees, and contract-related activities across the licensing and promotions pipeline. Responsibilities include following up negotiations, leading non-key category negotiations end-to-end, tracking requisitions and contracts in Burbank, scheduling meetings, collecting samples, ensuring approvals via the Brand Assurance system, developing presentations for category managers, contributing to forecasting cycles, assisting Retail Analytics with licensee data submission, and coordinating communications with licensees, distributors and retailers. Requires a degree in business, merchandising, marketing or brand management and 2-3 years of sales experience; bilingual fluency in Spanish and English; strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; proven ability to develop internal communications and sales/marketing presentations. Preference for experience in licensing within entertainment properties and related categories.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in business studies, merchandising, marketing or brand management
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent selling/presentation skills
- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Internal communications, sales and marketing presentations
