Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst for Field Sales Finance teams (Sugar and Fruit Snacks) based in Chicago. Acts as the primary finance contact, responsible for period close, forecast/AOP, ad hoc analysis, and net revenue/profitability analysis to support growth and decision-making. Works with Field Sales, PRGM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Brand Finance and others to ensure delivery of net sales targets. Key duties include analyzing drivers of change for volume, price and margin; identifying deviations between plan/forecast and actuals; supporting trade management and pricing events; communicating deductions status via trade system; and delivering insights to senior leadership. Required skills include leadership, problem solving, verbal/written communication, interpersonal/analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Education/background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; 3+ years in CPG; strong Excel; SAP/High Radius a plus. Fully onsite in Chicago with in-person collaboration for most of the workweek. Benefits include health/dental, 401(k), PTO, and potential annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CPG preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient Excel skills preferred
- SAP and/or High Radius experience is a plus
