As a key member of the Total Reward CoE, the Senior Reward Analyst will manage the operational delivery of Reward strategy, programs, and services to align with Glanbia's People and Business objectives, focusing on annual reward cycles, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills with an intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
