Job Summary

Conduct sophisticated analytics to support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions through recurring monitoring of key performance metrics and business segment health. Prepare analyses and narratives for audiences ranging from field sales to senior leadership, translating data sets into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports. Manage inbound requests from the Global Restaurant Sales and Services team for ad hoc analyses, reporting needs, and system enhancements. Cultivate strategic relationships with sales leaders to drive initiatives and measurable results across diverse segments. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards while partnering with Salesforce and BI teams to implement process and data optimizations.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in an analytics, operations, or strategy role
Experience with Snowflake or any other relational database
Strong SQL skills
Experience with design and development of ETL processes
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency with pivot tables
Proficiency with VLOOKUP
Knowledge in Salesforce
Knowledge in Preset
Knowledge in Superset
Knowledge in Snowflake
Operational experience in measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, scale initiatives etc.
