Job Summary
Sr. Analyst role supporting Provider Standardization and Strategic Initiatives at CVS Health. Responsible for leading and executing projects focused on provider data accuracy, operational effectiveness, and process standardization; analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing future-state processes; partnering with cross-functional teams to define objectives, requirements, risks, and outcomes; and supporting reporting and executive summaries. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities, with experience in healthcare operations and continuous-improvement methodologies (Lean/Agile/Six Sigma) and proficiency with business tools and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience supporting or leading projects, operational initiatives, or cross-functional work efforts
- Demonstrated ability to organize ambiguous work, solve problems, and translate business needs into actionable plans
- Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating work across stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience using business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar applications
- Ability to work independently while driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight
- Experience in healthcare operations, Medicaid, Medicare, provider operations, credentialing, or regulated environments
- Experience with Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, operational excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with workflow analysis, process mapping, or operational improvement initiatives
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or Power BI
- Experience supporting automation efforts, implementations, or technology-enabled improvements
- Project management certification preferred but not required
- Education: Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
