Job Summary
Sr. Analyst, Product Operations LATAM supports alignment between regional business needs and the global product roadmap for Disney+ by coordinating with LATAM stakeholders and global product teams. Responsibilities include documenting opportunities based on business needs, user feedback, legal requirements, and data insights; analyzing benchmarks; contributing to backlog management and PRD drafting; coordinating with Product and cross-functional teams; refining user-facing copy with journey owners, Legal, and Marketing; tracking experiments end-to-end; creating product analytics dashboards; and delivering regional alignment reporting. Requires 4+ years in related roles, a Bachelor's degree, advanced English, strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven mindset, and proficiency with Airtable, Jira, and Google Suite.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in product management, product operations, tech producer, digital strategy, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field
- Advanced level of English
- Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
- Proficiency with collaboration/tracking tools (Airtable, Jira, Google Suite)
- Experience in digital platforms, commerce, streaming, or media
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product documentation
- Experience in digital products development or delivery environments
