Sr. Analyst, Process Enablement - Supply Chain

Job Summary
Triage supply chain service module issues across Oracle EBS modules including Order Management, Sourcing & Purchasing, Advanced Quoting, Project Manufacturing, Project Management, Time & Labor, Billing, and HRMS. Perform structured functional triage involving issue validation, scenario replication, and preliminary root-cause categorization before ticket creation. Document business requirements, assess process impacts, and provide immediate clarification to reduce avoidable tickets. Escalate unresolved matters to ERP Second Level Support while advising the Business Process Enablement Lead on recurring issues and knowledge gaps. Handle module-specific user queries and support end-to-end process enablement activities. Requires 2-4 years of Oracle EBS functional support experience with 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2-4 years in Oracle EBS functional support or business process enablement
- Experience in handling module-specific user queries and functional triage
- Exposure to Oracle EBS module workflows and business process operations in a field services or aftermarket services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform root-cause categorization, identify recurring issue patterns, and assess process impacts
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS supply chain modules (ONT, PR/PO, ADV QP, Project MFG, Project MGT, OTL, BILL, HRMS)
- Proficiency in process mapping, transaction flows, and exception handling
- Experience with formalization of module-specific business requirements
- 10% travel required
