Job Summary
Senior Pricing Analyst/Business Partner drives end-to-end pricing strategy for assigned categories, partnering with merchants to translate category strategy into pricing plans across base, promotions, markdown, Pro pricing, and credit. Utilizes advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to optimize decisions, influence outcomes, and deliver growth, profitability, and customer value. Serves as a trusted advisor to merchants, shapes pricing vision and lifecycle decisions, and collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology to implement data-backed insights and continuous improvement in pricing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years Experience in Price Management, Merchandising, Financial Planning and Analysis, Store Operations, or Logistics
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (as indicated)
