Job Summary
Senior Sr Analyst, Platform Operations responsible for managing day-to-day technical operations, designing and deploying changes, leading implementation projects, incident management, and driving automation to improve testing, deployment, and maintenance of Nasdaq platforms in a hybrid work setting from Toronto. Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2–3 years in technical operations, strong AWS expertise, Linux/Unix proficiency, container orchestration, IaC, scripting, automation, and CI/CD practices. Opportunity for in-office presence at least 3 days/week with NasdaqBlend hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in technical operations, system administration, application support, or a related area
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, with strong expertise in AWS architecture
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and container orchestration platforms
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and automation tools, as well as CI/CD pipeline design and version control practices
