Job Summary

Senior Analyst, People Analytics & Insights leads the design and delivery of complex workforce analyses, strategic insights, and scalable data solutions that shape HR and business decision‐making. The role goes beyond reporting to own the narrative behind the numbers and drive the analytical agenda across talent, workforce engagement, listening, and enterprise planning domains. Responsibilities include analyzing workforce and engagement data to identify trends, producing and maintaining standard and ad‐hoc dashboards and metrics, ensuring data quality and integrity, translating data into clear insights and recommendations, supporting planning and engagement teams with data preparation and analysis, benchmarking and trend analysis, and improving analytics processes. Key skills include experience in data analytics and HR reporting (5–8 years), proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, Python or R, familiarity with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), stakeholder influence, curiosity, and the ability to work independently on complex problems. Strong communication of findings to senior HR and business stakeholders and capability in multi-country data contexts (e.g., GDPR) are valued, as is experience in workforce planning, engagement analytics, or organizational effectiveness; consulting or project-based analytics experience is a plus. Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, or related analytical discipline
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel
  • Strong SQL; working proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present to senior stakeholders
  • Autonomy to manage complex problems and prioritize effectively
