Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Order Planning Management (OPM) supports forecasting, planning, and execution of inbound receipt flow across the distribution network. This role ensures product moves efficiently from vendor to distribution centers and through to stores and digital channels in alignment with business priorities. As a highly analytical individual contributor, this position partners cross-functionally to translate demand and inventory plans into executable receipt flow strategies. Responsibilities include forecasting inbound receipts, building receipt flow plans that balance DC capacity, labor, and inventory availability, monitoring risks such as vendor delays and capacity constraints, prioritizing PO flow with DC operations, tracking vendor commitments, launching initiatives, analyzing vendor performance, and delivering reporting to optimize inbound and inventory movement for store and digital fulfillment across omnichannel channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in order planning, inventory, or supply chain operations (retail preferred)
- Strong experience with purchase order tracking, receipt flow, and DC operations in high-volume environments
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas); Power BI preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
