Job Summary
Manage and maintain Logistics SOPs, SOWs, Playbooks, and Standard Daily Work while supporting process standardization across APAC Logistics. Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure policies are effectively implemented. Coordinate onboarding, training, and capability-building activities, then identify process gaps to support continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze Logistics performance by developing dashboards, trackers, and reports to drive operational excellence. Lead or support cross-functional projects and prepare insights for Logistics leadership. This role aligns with the APAC Logistics CoE mandate to improve capabilities and implement globally defined tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
- 3-5 years of work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
- 3-5 years of experience in dealing with optimization/automation projects
- Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Permanent, full-time employment
- Onsite work setup (M-F); 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in network modeling tools
- LEAN or process improvement
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running at the same time
- Good communication and Project Management skills
- Advance Power Apps, Power BI, and other Automation tools
