Job Summary
Analyst 4, Business Process Effectiveness leads design, development, and optimization of internal platforms and workflows using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Teams) to streamline employee communications from intake through approvals, publishing, notifications, and reporting. Responsibilities include building scalable data structures, managing automated workflows, performing process analyses across stakeholders, leading backlog prioritization, collaborating with Internal Communications and cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and supporting a Copilot-based internal agent. Key skills include Agile methods, digital communications, UX design, web metrics, and strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on enabling reliable systems and actionable insights for internal users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 stack: SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Teams
- Strong analytics and reporting abilities
- Agile methodology experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead backlog management and translate business needs into technical requirements
