Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services

Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services responsible for setup and configuration of Microsoft Teams Rooms devices (cameras, microphones, speakers, touch controls/panels, displays) and space management platforms, implementing and managing policies for Teams Rooms devices, regular system updates and security patches, remote troubleshooting and escalation to vendors as needed, monitoring room health and usage, user training and support, and collaborating with IT and facilities to improve the Teams Rooms experience. Requires proven Teams Rooms administration experience, strong Microsoft Teams infrastructure knowledge, and solid problem-solving, independence, and communication skills. Preferred certifications in Microsoft Teams or related technologies, experience with remote management tools, knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols. Working conditions include flexible hours and occasional on-site visits to customer offices.
