Job Summary
Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components. Debug and resolve complex production issues, actively participating in design and code reviews to meet project requirements and deadlines. Contribute to troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while staying updated on emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions. Assist in mentoring junior team members and take ownership of challenging technical tasks and architectural decisions. Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- 1+ years in a similar role
- years of relevant software engineering experience
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training a plus
